1. Data collected
We collect the following data: last name, first name, email address, username, profile picture, IP address, browsing data. For paid subscriptions: payment information processed by PayPal (we do not store your banking data). For partnership requests (Advertise / B2B form, on the website and in the apps): company name, website, contact email and phone number, used only to handle the request.
2. Processing purposes
Your data is used for: managing your account, personalizing your experience, sending notifications, content moderation, improving our services, and complying with our legal obligations.
3. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on: your consent (registration), performance of the contract (provision of services), our legitimate interests (security, improvement), and our legal obligations.
4. Retention period
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. In case of account deletion, all your personal data is permanently erased within 30 days. Billing data is retained in accordance with legal obligations (10 years).
5. Data sharing
Your data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with: our hosts (Vercel, Hetzner) for technical operation, PayPal for payment processing, and judicial authorities if required by law.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights: right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. You can exercise these rights by contacting contact@analyse-trading.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: SSL/TLS encryption, password hashing (bcrypt), restricted database access, regular backups.
8. International transfers
Your data may be transferred to servers located in Germany (Hetzner) and the United States (Vercel). These transfers are framed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.
