Analyse-Trading.com is a community social platform dedicated to trading and financial market analysis. It is in no way a financial intermediary, an investment advisor, or a credit institution.
Terms of Service (ToS)
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Analyse-Trading.com platform. By creating an account or using the site, you fully accept these Terms.
2. Registration
Registration is free and open to any natural person of legal age. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. Any use of your account is your responsibility.
3. Services offered
Analyse-Trading.com offers a social network allowing the sharing of market analyses, trading signals, the creation of communities, the publication of articles, and exchanges between traders. The different membership levels (Free, Member, Creator, Broker/Enterprise) offer various features.
4. User behavior
Users agree not to publish illegal, defamatory, hateful, pornographic content, or content infringing on the rights of others. It is forbidden to post spam, unauthorized advertising, or financial scams. Any market manipulation, intentional dissemination of false information or fraudulent solicitation is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
Content published by users remains their property. By publishing on Analyse-Trading.com, you grant a non-exclusive license allowing the dissemination of your content on the platform. The design, code and graphics of the site are the property of Analyse-Trading.com.
6. Moderation
Analyse-Trading.com reserves the right to moderate, modify or remove any content that violates these Terms or the Moderation Charter. Repeatedly offending accounts may be suspended or deleted.
7. Limitation of liability
Analyse-Trading.com does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or completeness of content published by users. The platform disclaims any liability for financial losses resulting from the use of information shared on the site.
8. Account deletion
Any user can request the deletion of their account and all their personal data from their profile settings. Deletion is final and irreversible.
9. Modification of Terms
Analyse-Trading.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the site after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's place of establishment. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
Terms of Sale
1. Paid services
Analyse-Trading.com offers paid subscriptions (Member at €2/month, Creator at €20/month, Broker/Enterprise on request) as well as paid communities created by users. Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included.
2. Payment
Payments are secured via PayPal. The subscription is automatically renewed at each due date unless cancelled by the user.
3. Commission
For paid communities, creators and brokers receive 90% of the revenue generated. The remaining 10% constitutes the platform's commission for operating costs.
4. Cancellation
Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No prorated refund will be made.
Privacy policy
1. Data collected
We collect the following data: last name, first name, email address, username, profile picture, IP address, browsing data. For paid subscriptions: payment information processed by PayPal (we do not store your banking data).
2. Processing purposes
Your data is used for: managing your account, personalizing your experience, sending notifications, content moderation, improving our services, and complying with our legal obligations.
3. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on: your consent (registration), performance of the contract (provision of services), our legitimate interests (security, improvement), and our legal obligations.
4. Retention period
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. In case of account deletion, all your personal data is permanently erased within 30 days. Billing data is retained in accordance with legal obligations (10 years).
5. Data sharing
Your data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with: our hosts (Vercel, Hetzner) for technical operation, PayPal for payment processing, and judicial authorities if required by law.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights: right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. You can exercise these rights by contacting greg@analyse-trading.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: SSL/TLS encryption, password hashing (bcrypt), restricted database access, regular backups.
8. International transfers
Your data may be transferred to servers located in Germany (Hetzner) and the United States (Vercel). These transfers are framed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.
Moderation charter
1. Principles
Analyse-Trading.com is committed to maintaining a respectful, constructive and safe environment for all users. Moderation aims to protect the community while preserving freedom of expression.
2. Prohibited content
The following are prohibited: hateful, racist, sexist or discriminatory speech; harassment; threats; spam and unauthorized advertising; financial scams and frauds; intentional dissemination of false market information; pornographic or violent content; identity theft; any incitement to illegal activities.
3. Reporting
Any user can report inappropriate content via the report button on each post. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team as soon as possible.
4. Sanctions
Depending on the severity of the offense: warning, content removal, temporary account suspension, or permanent ban. Moderation decisions are made by the administration team and are final.
Copyright policy
Content published by users on Analyse-Trading.com (analyses, articles, comments, images) remains the intellectual property of their respective authors. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
The graphic elements, logo, design and source code of Analyse-Trading.com are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of Analyse-Trading.com.
TradingView charts and widgets are used in accordance with TradingView's terms of use. Financial information feeds are provided by third-party sources (Investing.com, CoinDesk, etc.) and remain the property of their respective publishers.

Refund policy
Subscriptions (Member, Creator, Broker/Enterprise) are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of subscription. After this period, no refund will be granted for the current period.
For paid communities, payments made to creators are not refundable, except in cases of proven fraud or failure to provide the promised service. In case of dispute, contact us at greg@analyse-trading.com.
