Saudi Airport Strike Kills 12 as Yemen Houthis Escalate Regional Conflict

An unidentified projectile struck Terminal 4 at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh on Sunday, killing 12 people according to Saudi authorities. The fire was brought under control by site officials, though the attack marks a serious escalation in cross-border hostilities.

Yemen's Houthi-run media claimed responsibility for the assault, while the Saudi-led coalition stated it intercepted a missile near the airport. Pakistan condemned the strike and instructed its embassy in Riyadh to aid injured Pakistani nationals affected by the incident.
